Principal

 

David is recognized as the base-building engineering consultant for some of the largest commercial and retail buildings in Canada, including First Canadian Place and Brookfield Place Toronto.

 

David has over 15 years of experience in the building industry. Since joining the firm in 2010, David has taken a key leadership role in the base-building and sustainability teams.

 

David is an advocate of “integrated sustainability”, where sustainability is an integral part of any engineering project completed at Aquila. Having previously worked for the government organization that managed these energy incentives, David is able minimize project capital costs by claiming energy incentives for his clients.

 

David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (mechanical engineering) from the University of Waterloo. He continually seeks to improve his knowledge in our industry, including being a lifelong member of ASHRAE.
